What is the Odu Ogunda Ofun
Ogunda Fun is the Ifá in which all that the earth gives must return to it, the Ifá of the everlasting flower, which saved Obatalá from his enemies. An Odu of curse and of wars, in which 'what is thought is done' and in which the person, as they wish, in that same way they spoil.
Meaning
In the Tratado, Ogunda Fun is an Odu of curse: on seeing it, one makes the borí at once, so that the curse does not reach the awo as well. It says that everything is destroyed and nothing holds firm, being an Ifá of wars, and that everyone treats the person with hypocrisy — there are those who wish to dress just like you and take away your shadow. It commands going more slowly and not talking so much, concluding what one has in mind, for what is thought must be done, and it forbids drink, drugs and eating shellfish. It is an Ifá of blindness.

✦ Recommendations
Make the borí at once on seeing this Ifá and give two white hens to your head; give a ram to your father, if deceased, or to your grandfather if living, and pray for the life of all. Do not let Ori lack in your Ifá. Go more slowly in your affairs and do not talk so much, which harms you, and conclude what you have in mind. Guard yourself against those who cast powder at your back, and try to remember your dreams, for attending to them will be useful to you. Do the works needed against blindness.
⚠ Cautions
It is an Odu of curse and of wars: everything is destroyed and nothing holds firm, and everyone treats you with hypocrisy. Do not drink, do not use drugs nor eat shellfish. Beware of blindness and of the one who wishes to dress just like you to take away your shadow, and of the powder cast at your back because they find you proud and showy. Do not kill pigs: they are used only in ceremony, as an exchange of life. Let the woman take care of the marriage, for she does not live enamoured of the husband.
This Odu describes tendencies and possible paths to work on — not a fixed destiny or a guaranteed prediction.

Irê, Osogbo, and reading Ogunda Ofun
In any Odù, Irê points to blessings and positive affinities; Osogbo highlights challenges and adjustments. Reading this Odu invites integrated reflection on relationships, work, emotional health, and purpose. Ifá asks for patience, right speech, and—when prescribed by an initiated priest—ebo and disciplines of conduct.
When you use the Ifá oracle with artificial intelligence on this platform, you receive a philosophical and educational interpretation: a learning bridge, not a priestly ritual. Keep that distinction to honour the tradition and the role of Babalawos and Iyanifas.
